These two classes will be taught by an O2 Yoga Teacher in Training. Classes will be half-price, only $7. Class cards not valid for Karma classes. Students must use membership or pay $7.


Somerville Studio

Yoga 101 Beginner’s Workshop, Saturday, May 10, 1:30-3:30 pm, $30. Register online or at the studio.
You are always welcome to start with any Basics class, but if you prefer a slower start, try this workshop. Heather will be teaching this special 2-hour workshop with a focus on breaking down the fundmentals of O2 Yoga.

Astanga Yoga Intensive, Saturday, May 17, 1:30-3:30 pm. Cost is $30/$25 members. Register online or at the studio.
Join Elliott for this 2-hour class focusing on details of the Astanga Primary Series. Time will be taken to refine postures and transitions and for Q&A.


Portsmouth Studio

Beryl Bender Birch Workshop, Sunday, June 15, 1:00-4:00 pm, $75/$60 members.
Beryl Bender Birch, a renowned visionary and author of Power Yoga and Beyond Power Yoga, has been an avid student of yoga and the study of consciousness since 1971. With degrees in philosophy and comparative religion, Beryl has traveled extensively in India, has been teaching the classical system of Ashtanga yoga for 33 years, and training yoga teachers as "spiritual revolutionaries" since 1980. In 2000 she was named by Yoga Journal as one of only seven American women in their "Innovators Shaping Yoga Today" issue. She is the director-founder of The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute.
