Join Elliott & Lynne and practice the Second Series of aṣtanga yoga. This practice builds on the work in our regular Primary Series classes, but focuses more on backbending and hip opening, with some fun inversions, dynamic jumping postures, and of course the 7 headstands. Second Series classes are held on the final week of the month, in place of the regular aṣtanga classes at those times. Check the schedule here for more info. Cambridge and Somerville!
