Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga  

Prenatal yoga is a balanced class especially designed for you during your pregnancy year. Appropriate for beginning and experienced yoginis.

Somerville- 7pm Sunday nights with Barrett.
Cambridge- 5:45pm Wednesday nights with Devon.
Cambridge- 2:00pm Postnatal Mommy/Baby classes on Mondays with Devon and Thursday afternoons with Barrett (for mommies with infants prior to crawling)

Backbends & Drop-Backs  

Join Ann for this workshop designed to bring your backbends to the next level. We’ll work on the organizing principals of drop backs – the transitional movement of falling backward in space between Tadasana and Urdvha Danurasana. Build awareness to backbend with more confidence and develop the skills to stand up and drop back.

Mastering Arm Balances  

Join Devon to work on how to approach inverted poses in stages, with lots of support – and practice how to fall out of these poses safely.We’ll do a vigorous vinyasa practice to build the heat and strength for these challenging postures, play with many of the variations, and workshop strategies for incorporating these poses into your regular practice.

Float Fly Jump  

Take your practice to the next level and learn the secrets of jumping up and back. This Intermediate level workshop is designed to teach the mechanics of how to lift, float, and transition around your mat. We’ll work on core strength, solid foundations in the hands, and build the confidence to fly in your practice.

Self Bodywork Workshop  

Soma System is a system of deep tissues self-bodywork that aims to dissolve myofascial tightness and leads to very deep relaxation, improved flexibility, range of motion, heightened sense of happiness and better sleep quality.
Karen will teach a ten minute sequence at the beginning and end of the session, and Guest Instructor Roman will walk us all through an  hour and a half self massage session in between.
