O2 Yoga 2010 Teacher Training
This year’s teacher training program is filling up quick! Did you know:
- You don’t need to want to be a teacher to do teacher training? You only need to have an interest in deepening your O2 practice.
- You don’t need to be an advanced student? You do need at least 6 months of O2 Yoga under your belt—or should I say strap!
- You do need to have a deep desire to immerse yourself in all things O2 Yoga for a few months. Think of it as a vacation without the travel!
